Hematoxylin and Eosin stain of the mass showed osteoid deposited as an anastomosing network of delicate trabeculae in a lace-like pattern at places. The space between trabeculae was filled with tumor cells showing irregular hyperchromatic nuclei and brisk mitotic activity (a, b, c). The tumor also shows Beta Catenin (d, e) and SATB2 (f) positivity on immunohistochemistry staining
